Dear Dr. Chacho,

I wanted to write to you to express our deepest gratitude to you and your staff.  My dreams of becoming a mother are becoming true because of you.  I will always appreciate your kindness and patience.  You treated me as an individual and you listened to me.  I told you what I wanted and how far I would go with the treatments.  You never pushed me to do something I didn't want to do. You respected our feelings and worked with us.  Your knowledge and expertise is something I will always admire.

Again, we will never forget all you did for us.  I will keep in touch.  I just entered my second trimester.  We are so excited and we have you to thank.

Dear Dr. Chacho, JoAnn, Maureen and Maria,

Many thanks to all of you for the time, concern and encouragement you shown Dave & I through the IVF process. I was truly ready to believe that my body just wasn't able to conceive, but your confidence & support helped me think that might not be the case. Each of you has shown a sincere desire to help & support, & we are truly grateful. Thank you so much for the gift of this experience -- motherhood. I don't know that cookies are an even trade, but they are homemade at least!

Dear Dr. Chacho, JoAnn, Maria and Maureen,

We want to thank all of you for the wonderful experience that we have had with your practice. Not just because we were successful in becoming pregnant, but because we have never dealt with a more caring or accomodating doctor's office. I was so sad upon leaving your practice for good, at my last appointment.

You have all been SO good to Phil and I!

Dr. Chacho - Thank you for being so accomodating with your early morning appointments and always managing to fit us in. You always called up back - even if we needed you when the office was closed or it it was over the weekend. You are so knowledgeable and we never had any reservations about putting our fate in your hands.

JoAnn - Thank you for so carefully monitoring us through the IVF process and always being there for us - even if it meant calling me from home on your own time when the office was closed. Thank you for being so patient with us... I'm sure I drove you crazy with all my phone calls, but you always made me feel comfortable asking anything that was on my mind.

Maria - Thank you for being so caring and sharing your personal experiences with us. I will never forget you going beyond the call of duty, running to your cousin's house to make sure we got the medication we needed to start our cycle on time.

Maureen - Thank you for always making me feel so comfortable in the office. I always loved chatting with you during my appointments. I never thought someone could actually be made comfortable while in the stirrups!

We cannot think of anything but great things to say about the practice, so you can be sure that anyone we know that needs your services , we will be referring to you. We will certainly be in to show you our little miracle and will probably be back for #2 after that.

I hope this letter finds you well. Jeanne and I are doing great and our little girl Emily turned five this past July.

I came across the enclosed article in the Wall Street Journal, and I immediately thought of you. After our first consultation, I knew you were the right doctor for us and that you wanted to find out what the problem was before jumping right into the infertility drugs. Your simple procedure determined Jeanne suffered from endometriosis and your successful treatment of the same produced a beautiful baby girl by natural means.

Dear Dr. Chacho, Maureen and the Office Staff,

We just wanted to say thank you for all you've done for us. We appreciate how comfortable you made us feel. We always felt so welcome in your office. Because of your kindness, we were never afraid to ask any questions.

In addition, it was so nice to be able to know that we would be seen within a reasonable amount of time for our scheduled appointment. This was just another way that you showed your consideration for us.

Lastly, it was so nice to have a doctor that was willing to find the root of the problem, instead of trying to remedy the problem with a "quick fix," like prescribing Clomid.

We are so grateful to you and want you to know that we would definitely recommend your services to anyone facing fertility challenges.
