Below is a letter received by Dr. Chacho in the Spring of 2011 covering such an award.
Congratulations Dr. Chacho,
You excel at treating patients, not just the disease. Your patients appreciate the kindness you have dispensed along with your medical care.
This award is based on reviews written by hundreds of thousands of patients. While physicians generally receive positive feedback from patients, only a few receive praise about the compassion that accompanies their care. In 2010, fewer that 3% of the nation's 720,000 active physicians were honored with a Compassionate Doctor Award. Congratulations on you inclusion in this distinct group.
Staff
Dr. Chacho's staff have all been hand picked for their
skill in performing their jobs and for their sensitivity to
fertility issues. Most of them have themselves had fertility
or other reproductive problems.
